SALONE 2019: ANOTHER SUCCESS FOR BUONINFANTE
The 58th edition of Salone del Mobile has ended. Our company took part in the event, wich every year brings together the élite of the furnishing sector. This year the Salone registered 386.236 presences from 181 countries in 6 days. A positive figure, better than 2017 (+ 12.5%), the year in which were also present the exhibitions dedicated to lighting and office’s design, just as in 2019.
During the event, Buoninfante once again stood out for its proposal, immediately recognizable and completely different from the remaining exhibitions. Visitors were particularly struck by the renewed X-BIO area, dedicated to a product with no equal on the market.
Equipped with exercise bikes, with the presence of fitness models, ledwalls and X-BIO gadgets (backpacks, shoes, exercise mats, etc.), the X-BIO area presented at the Salone represents a new concept of mattress area, designed to be replicated as a sale area in other stores or, possibly, in a store exclusively dedicated to X-BIO.
Among the visitors of the X-BIO area there was also Luigi Di Maio. The Vice President of the Council of Ministers, who visited a limited number of exhibitions during his visit to the Salone, specifically chose to see the X-BIO area. Attracted by the different colors and design of the area and the products, Di Maio met with Vincenzo Buoninfante, CEO of our Company, expressing his appreciation for the Buoninfante proposal.
The Vicepremier, as well as Minister of Economic Development and Minister of Labor and Social Policies, subsequently reiterated his appreciation on social channels, a demonstration of real interest for X-BIO and for Buoninfante. It’s a pride and an honor for our Company, which for over 40 years represent Made in Italy in the world.
The Salone 2019 was also an opportunity to present many novelties. Regarding the products, the presentation of the new Double Comfort Pocket System, unique in the world, marks another step forward by Buoninfante compared to the industry standards. On the corporate side, instead, at the Salone 2019 the opening of the new Head Office of Hong Kong was celebrated, expanding our presence in the world.
Among innovations and surprises, the 2019 edition continued the great tradition of Buoninfante at the Salone del Mobile, another successful stop on our journey. See you next year!
